3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

3.1 You agree to provide necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. 3.2 Delays caused by your failure to provide required input may impact deadlines and may incur additional costs. 3.3 You warrant that any materials you supply to us do not infringe third-party rights.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

7. REVISIONS AND APPROVALS

12.1 These Terms, along with any service agreement, constitute the entire Agreement between the parties. 12.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force.
